From Tacloban City/Ormoc City: 
Upon entering Naval and passing through the Naval Central School in Garcia St., turn right to P. Inocentes St., going to Naval State University and Naval Municial hall. We are a couple of meters to the left.

From Almeria: Upon entering Naval in Castin St., turn left to P. Inocentes St. going to Naval State University and Naval Municipal Hall. We are a couple of meters from the intersection of Garcia St. to your left.

From the Naval Pier, Naval Mall, Terminal: Just go straight via P. Inocentes St. going to Naval to State University. We are couple of meters from the intersection of Garcia St. to your left.
