  • We require a 30% down payment in order to confirm your booking. Payment can be made through bank deposit, money transfer, credit card or Paypal (with 5% service charge for this mode of payment). If you agree these conditions we will send you a confirmation with all the payment details to make the first down payment of 30% of the basic fee (excluding add on). This deposit must be paid a minimum of 3 days prior to the tour date. After receiving the down payment, your booking is secured.
  • The full balance payment can be paid on the day of the tour.
  • If a booking is made less than 3 days prior to tour date, full payment must be paid at once.
  • Strictly no down payment, no confirmation of booking.
  • Cancellations received 2 days prior to tour date, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to tour date will not be refunded.
  • Tours may be cancelled by the government due to bad weather (Typhoon) conditions. If this happens we will refund.
  • No shows forfeit entire payment.
